ECO LAKE WASTEWATER TREATMENT CASE STUDIES

Wastewater Treatment Plant in Martinez, California is part of the Mountain View Sanitary District. We corrected an algae bloom, helping to bring an older treatment plant up to current standards, and creating a healthier and more balanced ecology and bird habitat.

By retrofitting agricultural production giant Limoneira's existing treatment lagoons and using an applied ecological design, Eco Lake was able to meet the municipal discharge requirements imposed by the Regional Water Quality Control Board. Moreover, Eco Lake was able to do so at 20% of the costs and with significant (over 50%) energy savings.
